Lifetime Achievement Awards

Lifetime Achievement Awards

Indian cartilage society gives the lifetime achievement award occasionally to a very renowned person who has done extraordinary work to propagate the science of cartilage repair and regeneration in his region or in his country or in the world. It is a very rare award and it is given only by the executive consideration of the indian cartilage society. There is no process of formal application for this award as this award is chosen internally. The lifetime achievement award reflects the indian cartilage society's commitment to praise all those who are committed to the science of joint preservation. It is not necessary to be a member of indian cartilage society to receive this award.

Dr mitsuo ochi, hiroshima university, japan was awarded the lifetime achievement award- 2022 for his extra-ordinary contribution to the science of cartilage repair and joint preservation by our late president dr saurabh mathur during 8th congress of indian cartilage society.
